Students can contact them directly to arrange accommodation as per their own requirements. No air conditioning. Food is basic. Food courts (S$ 5-10 / meal)- You’ll find them in malls: they’re air conditioned & more hygienic than hawker centres. Restaurants (S$ 15-100 / meal) – There is really no limit at how good (and expensive) your food can be in Singapore. At the hostel (S$ 250-300 / month for breakfast and dinner): Most hostels will offer a food plan which may be a good option (healthier food!) Transportation MRT train, buy an EZLink card. It has a stored value and when it runs out, you can top it up with fresh funds. The card works for all trains and buses. You can comfortably get around on S$ 100 / month, as long as you do not take taxis.
