[Virtual Presenter] Hello and welcome to our presentation on GLSP's LegalServer sites. This training is for new G-L-S-P employees to quickly get basic knowledges about our legal server sites. In this presentation, we will take a closer look at our LegalServer sites: demo-site and live-site. We will discuss how users can login, the content on the home page, and the various features that are available. Whether you are a manager, supervisor, or regular user, we believe that our LegalServer sites have something to offer for everyone. [Audio] First, let's talk about how to get in to legal server now. GLSP's LegalServer sites include a demo-site and a live-site. Here are the U-R-L links for the sites: Demo-site: legalserver Live-site: legalserver You can ask your manager, or supervisor to get your login credentials: Username and Password. Once you get your login credentials, you click the legal server U-R-L link above, or open a browser, enter the U-R-L--, and go. Type your Username and password to the text boxes on the Login page, then click the Login button to login. You can also login by directly clicking the blue Single Sign-On link above the Login » button..

[Audio] Let go to your Home page Once you are logged in, you can see your content on the home page. Many parts of LegalServer are controlled by the site administrator. What you see and what you can do depend on the user role you have been assigned. If you have a manager, R-O-M--, or supervisor user role, you may see dashboard reports on your home page. These reports are: Cases Closed This Year and Current Open Cases Cases Closed Comparison (This year with previous year)-Bar Chart Current Open Cases by Advocates in your office Closed Cases by Advocates in your office this year Closed Cases by Your Office Two Year Comparison Aged Open Cases by You.

[Audio] If you are a regular user, you cannot view dashboard reports. However, you can view case/client alerts, messages, and S-M-S messages received at the top section of the home page. You can also view open tasks, upcoming events, current open/pending cases, and your incomplete intakes..
