[Audio] On slide 4, as a regular user, you cannot view dashboard reports. However, you can view case/client alerts, messages, and S-M-S messages received at the top section of the home page. You can also view open tasks, upcoming events, current open/pending cases, and your incomplete intakes. Please let us know if you need further assistance..

[Audio] Access the CURRENT ASSIGNMENTS section to easily locate current open and pending cases assigned to you. Track intakes you have started but haven't finished by going to the MY INCOMPLETE INTAKES section. This feature will help you manage your workload and track your progress..

We will demonstrate how to easily access and manage a case from the home page. To work on a case, you can use the Actions menu, which is located in the light blue bar next to the Search menu. From the Actions menu, you can perform various actions such as adding a case note, adding staff time, or closing the case. If you are unable to find a case on your home page, you can use the Search menu, which can be found in the top right corner of the screen. From the Search menu, you can search for a case by name, which will bring up the case and allow you to work on it..
