Scene 2 (9s)

[Audio] Why, With the current financial restraints and external competition forcing NMUK to reduce costs we now call on everyone to join the team preventing loss cost throughout the plant..

Scene 3 (22s)

[Audio] Goals and Objectives, The fight to reduce CPU is no more evident than in our Press Shop, on average our losses are around 18k per month, 18k over 12 months transforms into an approximate net loss of 216k. Last year, we built a total of 325226 vehicles. Dividing this by the net loss in the Press Shop alone reveals a remarkable increase in plant CPU of 1.5 increase in cost per car. Our target for reducing plant CPU as part of the "Reborn" project year to date reborn has saved 1.73. Press losses would nearly double the save!! Together, we can achieve this goal!, To reduce this gapping hole of unneeded loss all we need to do is follow our standard ops. Record all scrap. Report all unidentified panels/ Blanks. Remove all thoughts of wrongdoing for reporting and recording damage to panels. Work together with your team to improve this loss and be proud you are reducing CPU. ,.

Scene 4 (1m 29s)

[Audio] Why is CPU so important CPU is the actual cost per vehicle, this is one of if not the most important KPI in our plant. It allows us to be competitive as a plant, will increase longevity and give us a greater chance securing new models at NMUK. Lowering the CPU, increases our worldwide competitiveness, allows budget to be allocated in different areas such as working conditions and salaries. Basically, it is a benefit to us all..

Scene 5 (2m 0s)

[Audio] Goals To ensure sustainability and efficiency at NMUK, it is important to adopt a frugal mindset by saving all panels and blanks that can be repaired. Additionally, we should keep track of all scrap materials, regardless of their size and quantity. It's essential to educate team members on the importance of following this procedure. By collaborating on this initiative, we can significantly contribute to securing a brighter future for our organization..
