Our leadership team is currently experiencing vacancies and transitional executives. As a result, there is limited participation in district and synodical activities..

This highlights the challenges faced by our young people, particularly regarding unemployment. Many of these learners are currently unemployed, with 721 individuals facing joblessness. On the other hand, 627 learners are currently employed, indicating a strong workforce. Furthermore, 138 learners are self-employed, contributing to the overall economic activity. Despite this, the high number of unemployed individuals suggests that there is still much work to be done to address this issue. The fact that 1486 members are economically active indicates that many are engaged in some form of income generation.
