Multi-Manager investment is an investment product that consists of Fund of Funds or Manager of Manager type schemes. UCITS stands for Undertaking of Collective Investment Transferrable Securities, and is a mutual fund based in the European Union. UCITS funds are perceived as safe and well-regulated investments and are popular in Europe, South America, and Asia among investors who prefer not to invest in a single public limited company but rather among diversified unit trusts spread out within the European Union NURS stands for Non-UCITS retail schemes and provides greater flexibility with regard to investment limits, especially concentration limits, compared to UCITS for a Multi-Manager product. NURS are retail focussed funds, which are designed specifically for the UK retail market. OEIC stands for 'open ended investment company'. OEICs are called "open-ended" because they can create new shares to meet investor demand. Also, the fund will cancel shares of investors who exit the fund. Systematic indicates a systematic approach to asset allocation, and the selection of funds requiring a systematic approach to investing..
