Accept the reality that you are lazy and be ready to disagree with this habit. Analyze all of the ideas that are opposite to your paradigm and start to make it happen and repeat it everyday until they become your behavior.

Example:  You wake up in the morning and you   don’t make up your bed, Now start make up your bed Day every day you wake up, make it to be the first routine, repeat it until it become a behavior.
