[Audio] MAJOR MILESTONES AND DESIGN CAPABILITIES  B I S Licensee for Distribution Transformers as per New Standard 1180: 2014.  KPRS has subjected eight rating of transformer as per 1180 meeting the Level 3 energy efficiency for type test as recommended in the standard and received B I S license and B I S Marking.  Design Manufactured tested 5000 kVA 33/6. 6 kV at CPRI, Bengaluru for type test comprising of Dynamic Short circuit withstand and chopped wave impulse and successfully withstood the tests and approved for design capability. KPRS subjected Transformer for special test such as Capacitance and TAN  KPRS subjected Transformer for special test such as Capacitance and TAN delta, Dissolved gas analysis with third party testing agencies.  KPRS Power Transformers are transported to site with Shock Loggers as instituted by the customers to ensure damage free transportation to site.  Transformer designs adopt various techniques as a pro active methods to comply to its reliability and long service life during performance, established by calculation and physical testing as demanded by customers.  Major orders under process at KPRS meeting stringent customer requirements in Voltage classes of 33, 66, 132 kV in higher ratings.  Successful entry in to export markets for generator transformers application and Distribution transformers..
