[Audio] Kaiser's core claims business called for change with Underutilized RPA platforms, Business users spending more time on non-core activities and Complex infra structure setup leading to utilization of high license cost third-party tools, reactive setup for production application maintenance. With surge in members over years and the need for redefined and industry leading solutions, three clear expectations did emerge from Kaiser, to develop a sustainable, digitized and collaborative solution to modernize the claims processing platform leveraging automation, optimization and AI/ ML to scale up business user experience on systems, deliver value, and not just enabled business..

Three things we focus from the health care perspective, how we can bring efficiency in operations through intelligent automation and process optimization? How we can deliver value differences making Kaiser's business more Collaborative, sustainable and Digitized ? How we can improve business user experience through IT aligned business operating model and modernize claims settlement platform?.

RPA Bots can integrate with all applications and systems, without creating disruption. It is entirely cost effective and scalable according to necessities and has up to 100% robotic accuracy.
[Audio] A robust automation framework, which brought in the required expertise and enabled a structure, the governance to drive automation. The automation architecture of the landscape, coupled with AI ML and Machine intelligence, enabled us to evolve our defined automation journey from a simple task automation to a sustainable, Scalable Hyper automation setup.
