[Audio] Preface Dear Reader, This story was created from my passion for teaching and my desire to make learning engaging and purposeful for children. Knight, our little lion cub, sets out to discover the great uses of the parts of his body and I hope children will enjoy the journey as much as I enjoyed writing it. From this story, the children will go through a learning process to discover the five senses and the importance of these senses. Every chapter helps the readers open a door to a world of positive discovery and fun with facts and contests that make learning a fun experience. The goal of this book is to raise questions about how our body is capable of doing certain things, develop the appreciation for these abilities and to promote imagination through experimentation. I wish children to take a similar journey that *Knight the Lion Cub and His Secret of the Body Parts* creates while being filled with hope, learning about the big world and accepting themselves. [Audio] Knight raised his eyes towards a big stone. "Wow, that's high! This always made me wonder how I was going to get up there," he wondered aloud. "Hey, Knight! Yoo-hoo!" called his legs as they started moving. Knight gasped, "Whoa! Did you just talk?!" "Of course! We're your legs!" they replied. "How can we help you? We can jump, climb, and keep you steady." Knight got up and laughed, "You are really great! Let's go!" When Knight was climbing the rock, his legs shouted, "Up we go! Stretch, jump, climb! Woo-hoo!" At the top, Knight said, "Gosh! Thank you, Legs! You're so strong!" 9.

[Audio] Knight saw a bright red flower and sniffed at it. "Oh my, what's that smell?" he said, wrinkling his nose. Knight's nose shifted and replied, "That's right, I'm your nose! I help you smell everything!" Knight burst into laughter, "You are so cool! What else can you do?" His nose explained proudly, "I can tell you if something smells bad, like a spoiled apple, or let you enjoy pleasant smells, like this flower!" Knight chuckled, "Thank you, Nose. I will find all the stinkers for you to smell!" The nose encouraged, "Go ahead, try again! Big sniff! Sniff, sniff!" 11.

[Audio] While walking, Knight was suddenly able to hear a bird singing. "What's that sound?!" he asked, ears perked up. His ears wagged and answered, "Guess who, it's us, your ears!" We know everything happening around you!" Knight clapped his paws. "This is so fun! What else can you hear?" "It is possible to hear bees, leaves, your friends calling your name or even singing!" the ears said with a twirl. Knight shut his eyes and said, "I'll attempt! Oh! I also listen to the sound of birds and water. Yay, Ears!" Ears: "See? It keeps you safe and let's you hear the sounds of the jungle!" 13.

[Audio] Finally, Knight felt hungry, his tummy making a growling sound like a lion. "Uh-oh, I'm hungry!" he said. He saw a mango and stretched his arm to pick it. His mouth spoke up, "Knight! Over here! I will make you savour that mango!" Knight giggled. "Hello, Mouth! You're always so cheerful!" "Open wide! Ugh, tasty and fresh, is not it?" the mouth said with a joyous click. Knight looked satisfied, "It's delicious! Thanks, Mouth! What else do you do?" "You know I make you feel the bitterness of salty pretzels, sour lemons, even spiciness of peppers." Knight chuckled, "Wow! You're a flavor master!" Mouth: "Yep! And, of course, I make you speak and smile as well, don't I?" 15.

[Audio] At the end of the day, Knight looked at the orange and pink sky. "Wow, this is so pretty!" His eyes blinked and said: "That's us!" Our product 'reads' colors, shapes, and even objects at a distance! "Knight clapped his paws. "Thank you, Eyes! What else can you do?" "Let's improve your life: we show the places to eat, point out your friends, and make walking at night safe!" the eyes said brightly. Knight laughed, "You're amazing, Eyes!" "Hey, let's go watch the stars."✨ Eyes: "Yes! Blink, blink, and enjoy the view!" 17.

[Audio] At the end of the day, Knight gathered with his friends and said, "Today, I learned so much! My legs help me move, my nose helps me smell, my ears help me hear, my mouth lets me taste, and my eyes help me see. Thank you, body parts, for helping me explore the jungle!" And from that day on, Knight always remembered how each part of his body was special and helped him on all his adventures. 19.

[Audio] Appendix Activities in Appendix: Body Fun Facts: A summary of the incredible things that Knight comes to discover about the parts of the body. Interactive Learning: Recommended activities to be done in a bid to revisit some of the concepts dealt with in each of the chapters. Parent Guide: Help your child be more thoroughly involved in the narrative by emulating the actions of Knight. Describe how they utilise different parts of their body in their everyday activities. All the activities must be done together to make it much more enjoyable as well as beneficial to learn. 21.
