[Audio] Anytime that you're going to create an excavation you will need to fill out an excavation permit or dig permit they've includes using shovels and hand tools as well as using heavy equipment like excavators For hot work which includes creating sparks and open flame you will need to fill out a hot work permit to perform your work.
