[Audio] Welcome to the IP Deliverer Playbook. The IP Deliverer Playbook is for everyone in IP whether you are a fresh starter or a seasoned professional. It connects with our people and our daily work. Playbook is filling in the gap that our users are facing in their work in finding right information ( example processes, procedures, template etc). Playbook is not duplicating any information and directs users to the related resource in business whether it is IMS, DMS, Project pack, ETMS or relevant Sharepoint site. The contents in the playbook are in simple plain English, easily understood and in a structured format of 'what is it, key points, link to resources and the link to contacts in the business. While sharepoint is limited in providing interactive features unlike websites and internet, we have tried to create some interactive visuals to provide a better user experience. Key consideration has been given to meet requirements with WCAG that is Web Content Accessibility Guideline for our disabled colleagues. And finally, Playbook is a change and communication tool to showcase all the great business improvement works within Thrive Program and also BAU improvements..
