[Audio] Welcome, In this video we would like to give you an update on the Responsive IAM changes & Enabling Activities for Identity and Access Management for 2025..

[Audio] As you may recall from the video "From Strategy To Implementation", once we understood the business changes expected, we could then focus on the Responsive IAM changes needed and then on the Enabling Activities required to implement them You may also recall, that the Business Changes identified were Digitization, Consumerization, Efficiency. cyber security, information warfare and legislation and last, Globalization. We then identified that the Responsive IAM Changes needed were: Move to Risk Based Identity and Access Management, adopt the Zero Trust Concept, enable Decentralized Identities, Strengthen Multi-Cloud Governance, Legacy Application Modernization and Process Automation. In this session we will update the enabling activities required to implement these Responsive IAM changes looking forward from 2025.

[Audio] The first enabling activity cluster I would like to mention is MS EntraID as IDaaS for Access Management. This will allow us to leverage the security tools integrated in the Microsoft Azure environment to increase the protection of our applications and Data in real-time. This involves decommissioning ADFS and transitioning all authentication processes to Microsoft EntraID where Microsoft's real-time risk engines can increase the level of protection. The initiative includes removing unnecessary components and preparing for the rollout of FIDO2 authenticators..

[Audio] The B2B redesign cluster aims to evaluate and refine the current business-to-business authentication framework by integrating new functionalities offered by Microsoft. A comprehensive review will analyze existing B2B configurations and determine necessary updates. This effort will also address collaboration issues faced by Self Managed Environments that have historically operated outside of central managed ecosystem. The goal is to develop a targeted blueprint for integrating with SMEs to enhance security & convenience. We will also consider how we might enable the differentiated steering model in this framework..
