The first component of the payroll cycle is attendance, which records the number of working days for each employee during the payroll period. Accurate tracking and recording of attendance is crucial for calculating salaries and keeping track of leave balances. The second component is Adhoc Allowance, which covers any additional payments given to employees on top of their regular salary, such as bonuses or performance incentives. Understanding the payroll cycle and its components is crucial for ensuring accurate and smooth distribution of salaries. It is important for both employers and employees to be aware of this process and its timeline to prevent any confusion or delays. Please stay tuned for more information on our training video..
