[Audio] Evacuation and Assembly Rules Once the radio communication is made for “Worksite General Evacuation & Assembly” or as instructed by supervisor/foreman make your work site safe and go straight to the nearest assembly area. Assembly Points are located in the safe areas so that personnel should not be crossing any energised services. Upon arrival at assembly area/point, wait for Headcounting. Do not leave your assembly point until the Assembly Point Checker tells you it is safe to do so or you are given other instructions. Do not smoke during evacuation process! Do not use your Site Radio or Mobile Phone unless you have to call to verify someone’s location! Do not move from your Assembly Point! ADO -G Training Department.

[Audio] Alarm action When you hear an alarm, do not panic. Shut down all equipment, make your work area safe. Tell your supervisor if you cannot quickly make the area safe. If you are in danger, leave immediately. Go to your local Assembly Point. Do not run. Walk fast and do not stop along the way. Remain quiet and listen for instructions. If instructed, proceed to the Muster Point and swipe your ID card / badge. Wait for instructions. Do not drive any vehicle on site when an alarm has sounded. Park the vehicle and do not obstruct hydrants, roadways or trackways. Remain at the Assembly Point or the Muster Point until you are given instructions. Do not return to the worksite until you are told. Unauthorised taking of pictures or videos of any incident will result in dismissal. ADO -G Training Department If an alarm sounds it is a warning you could be in danger and you should move to a safe area. The safe area is your local Assembly Point. You should know where your local Assembly Point is located. If you don't know, ask. [Demonstrate the location of the nearest muster point] If the alarm sounds Workers Do not panic. If you could be injured leave the work area straight away and go to the Assembly Point. If there is no possibility you would be injured, shut down all equipment and make sure your work area is safe before you leave. Inform your supervisor if it will take more than a few minutes to shut down your equipment or to make your work area safe. After your work area is made safe, go to the assembly point. Do not run, but walk fast and do not stop along the way. Do not drive any vehicle on site when an alarm has sounded. Park the vehicle to not obstruct hydrants, roadways or trackways. Drivers must make sure full PPE is carried in the vehicle always. Remain quiet at the Assembly Point and listen for instructions. Your supervisor will tell you to either return to work, or to go to the muster point. If instructed to go to the muster point, swipe your ID card / badge and listen for instructions. Do not return to the worksite from the muster point until instructions are received from the Muster Point Coordinator. Taking pictures or videos during an emergency will result in dismissal. Supervisors Instructions as per workers, plus: Switch your radio to channel 1. Check equipment is shut down and the work area is made safe. If it will take more than a few minutes to shut down the equipment or to make the work area safe, inform the TKAZ Emergency Response Lead (Channel 1) of the delay and the number of people involved. If there is any risk of your workers being injured, remove your team from the work area straight away and go to the Assembly Point with your team. At the Assembly Point, make sure that all your team members are present. Tell the TKAZ Emergency Response Lead if anyone is missing from your team. Do not use your radio to send any non-emergency messages. If instructed, proceed to the Muster Point, do not reply to the radio message. Ensure all your team have swiped their ID cards / badges. Remember to swipe your own badge. Prevent your team from returning to the work area until instructions are received from the Muster Point Coordinator..
