Guidelines for writing Assignments (cont)

Write your Enrolment Number, Name, Full Address and Date on the top right hand corner of the first page of your response sheet Write the  Programme  Title, Course Code, Course Title, Assignment Code and Name of your Study Centre on the left hand comer of the first page of your response sheet Write in your own handwriting. Do not print or type the answers  Use only A4 or foolscap size paper for your response and tie all the pages carefully. Do not give loose papers Write each assignment separately Submit your assignments at your study centre There is no improvement/re evaluation in assignment  Only if you fail/get D grade in TEE then you have the option of either           writing exam or submitting assignment again    retain a copy of all the assignment responses which you           submit to the Study Centre

IGNOU has a multitier system of evaluation : Self-assessment exercises  within each unit of  study Continuous evaluation mainly through  assignments  which are tutor-marked  The  term-end  examinations Practicals /Seminar/Workshops/Extended Contact  Programmes /Project work (for a few  programmes  only)

Term End Examination (TEE) &  Payment of Examination Fee

Term-end Examination  are conducted  twice a year in the months of June & December Students will be permitted to appear in term-end examination subject to the conditions that  registration for the courses, in which they wish to appear is valid   minimum time to pursue these courses is elapsed, and   they have also submitted the required number of assignment(s)   by the due  date Submission of Online examination form :  http://exam.ignou.ac.in/ For June  2022  TEE:  April/May 2022 For Dec  2022  TEE: September/October  2022 Examination fee @  Rs. 200/- per course through payment gateway

For  Correction in your Name:  		Write to Regional Centre attaching 10 th  class Certificate For Change of Medium/Course Permitted within 30 days from the receipt of first set of course material in the first year only Request for change should be addressed to Regional Centre only For Change of Region (NOC in case of lab/practical  programmes ) Write to Regional Centre from where  you are seeking  transfer with a copy to RC where  you would  like to be transferred to For  practical oriented  programmes  "NO Objection Certificate" is to be obtained from the new RC where the learner wants the transfer
