In the event of an injury, you must report your injury or pain to your Manager/Supervisor. This includes pain you might start feeling at home. Contractors (including Temps) must also report injury and discomfort to their Site Contact. Azwood Group has engaged with an occupational medical clinic who manage our injuries on our behalf.

Take 5 reports. To report an incident use the Take 5 incident book you have been issued. Complete as much detail you can and hand this to your supervisor or company contact before you leave..
