HTC understands that Ford is looking to collate all issue management system into one solution through JIRA as a part  of renewed emphasis on Quality and issue management  Until the implementation, Ford is expecting to integrate the multiple systems (Global IT tools) across each business area to JIRA through Orchestration solution that will build the data mesh Ford is planning to grow the team by 40 + spread across both North America and offshore preferably India  Provide a Ramp up and Transfer Plan with people having Automobile Background Areas of focus would be - Model E JIRA Expertise  Pega  DPA Expertise Visualization Capabilities using Qlik Sense and Alteryx Java J2EE and Low Code developers Data Integration Developers
