Corrective and preventive measures

[Audio] The table in this slide provides us with a complete overview of the corrective actions taken, and still in progress, to prevent similar incidents from occurring. From suspending operations to conducting slip, trip and fall awareness, safety training, posting safety signs, reviewing JSA and conducting hazard hunts, all actions have been outlined. Every corrective action has been assigned to a responsible party, given a due date and its status, which allows us to track the progress of each action. It is important to note that all corrective actions must be completed in order to prevent future similar incidents..
