Extended PLC consists of MELSEC-NET module for communication with main PLC, QX41 PLC input card receiving CCR input, and QY41P PLC output card outputting output to CCR. The number of input cards and output cards is inserted and the quantity inserted is determined by the number of CCRs and the number of other equalizers..

When remote control tower initiates a control command, the PLC CPU received the signal through fiber optic hub, the control command will sends to QY41P PLC output card of extended PLC through Melsec-net module, the QY41P PLC card transmits the control command to the CCR through the R32C-YNT-V relay of the interface board. When the control command energized the R32C-YNT-V relay of the interface board, the LED of the corresponding relay lights up. And when the CCR energized, the CCR will send input signal to transferred to QX41P PLC card through R32C-YP-INN relay of interface board, and QX41P PLC card transferred to CPU module of main PLC. When the CCR sent input to the R32C-YP-INN relay on the interface board, the LED of the corresponding relay lights up..
