The CI core team collaborates with everyone (upstream and downstream) in the organization to focus on improvements that operationalize the IITA overall strategy. Everyone is thinking about and practicing CI in their daily work. Key metrics in quality, cost, delivery, safety, morale, and agility are improving. CI – Part of PAR system (workplan).
