Air, water, soil, and noise data are collected by different agencies—CPCB, IBM, State Boards—in different formats. They don't speak the same language. There is no single code to link a water sample to the air quality at the exact same location. Reports are prepared manually, take weeks, and are prone to errors or manipulation.
