[Audio] Some of the problems that are solved when using this lesson to teach are listed here. Teaching inference skills to first graders can be tricky and some traditional books just do not engage all students. We have found that using interactive digital story books help enhance learning experiences for students and helps teachers solve these problems!.

Scene 3 (30s)

Conceptual Solution. Encourage students to make inferences about Oro's whereabouts and identity based on in-story clues and evidence Theoretical Justification: Constructivist learning theory - students actively construct their own understanding through exploration and problem-solving Cognitive load theory - interactive elements and multimedia can reduce cognitive load and improve learning Engagement theory - interactive stories can foster intrinsic motivation and meaningful learning experiences.
