This includes reviewing documentation, conducting interviews, and analyzing data to assess adherence to policies and procedures..

[Audio] To ensure the enforcement of PNP standards and performance of , a total of four hundred sixty three proactive inspection through credible inspection and management audit of all PNP personnel and units within area of responsibility..

[Audio] This function encompasses the accounting of personnel through inspection in ranks, checking their observance of Tamang-Bihis and personal appearance, logistical and equipage capacity, operational and administrative readiness, and their adherence to all existing policies and guidelines that have an impact on the PNP organization as a whole..

[Audio] In the conduct of Spot inspection, a total of two thousand seven hundred forty five inspection in the different Police Assistance Center, Police Assistance Desk, Police Community Precinct, Beat/mobile patrols, and pother deployment areas within region were conducted in order to ensure that the personnel deployed is adhering their duties and responsibilities..

[Audio] In the conduct special inspection, a total of eighty regular festivities and seven hundred three National events inspection conducted to the different PNP personnel deployed conducting foot and mobile patrols along major thoroughfares, churches, airports, seaports, bus terminals, malls, grocery markets, tourist destinations and other places of convergence to ensure that the lawless elements may not take advantage to carryout their nefarious activities amidst the special events..

[Audio] In the conduct of Community-Based and Service and Oriented Policing (CSOP) inspection in line with the CPNP's peace and security framework entitled: "MKK=K", a revitalized program that bridges the PNP, the general public, faith-based organizations, and key stakeholders towards peaceful, safe, and protected communities to attain sustainable peace and lasting development, a total two hundred sixty seven interviews were conducted to the different individuals in the community in order to know if the PNP personnel deployed in their locality were doing their duties and responsibilities in providing peace and order by asking four questions: If the community satisfy with their police service?, what thus the community think the PNP should be doing in their locality? How should the police conduct themselves?, And which are the local problem to address?. The said activity was initiated and anchored on the mandate of IAS to pro-actively conduct inspection and audit of PNP personnel and units..

[Audio] One of the interview conducted by PMAJ RODEL CASALLO, Deputy PS, La Union PIAS to Mr Moises Sibayan, Municipal Local Government Operations Officer of during the Sudipen La Union on April 4, 2023 wherein commended the personnel of Sudipen Municipal Police Station for doing their jobs well. He further stated that they are active in cascading the KASIMBAYANAN activities in relation to peace and order concerns, anti-legal drug activities, and programs, and had a good rapport through collaboration/coordination with the Local Government Units and of the barangays within the municipality. Finally, he described them as "OK NA OK"..

[Audio] Interview was also conducted to to Pastor Emilio Lacpapan Jr, religious leader on April 4, 2023 by PMAJ RODEL CASALLO, Deputy PS, La Union PIAS wherein commended the personnel of Sudipen Municipal Police Station for being helpful, respectful and courteous to the residents of Sudipen, La Union. He was pleased on their performance in maintaining peace and order, crime prevention and crime solutions in their Municipality. Lastly, he rated their performance as "10 out of 10 " with being 10 the highest..

[Audio] On the accomplishment of IMPLAN PA GSASALIKSIK, total of ninety eight One time big time and Regular Inspection of custodial facilities within AOR conducted, in line with the mandate of IAS and its current program entitled: Enhanced Custodial Facility Inspection and Community Service Oriented Policing System. This is to improve the relationship between the police and community they serve. Likewise, this is to ensure that the human rights of the PUPC are being observed from the time of arrest up to his/her stay in the custodial facility. These inspection are being done by the IAS to ensure the dignity and rights of the persons under the custody and to check the regularity of the police operations.
