Talent Development Identify training gaps, strategizing talent development initiatives and execution of training programs Coordination with both internal and external trainers, for the timely execution of training programs Managing e-Learning system and conceptualizing, designing and delivering E Learning modules while executing online assessments, quizzes, modules, reports. Facilitating the training requirements received from both personal and divisional levels, by coordinating with outside parties. Managing and maintaining training assets and equipment in head office and managing and overlooking all L&D activities..
HR Analytics & Compensation Entire responsibility on HRIS implementation & Vendor coordination – (Data cleansing, structuring, Link ERP with HRIS) and Training users for new HRIS Responsible for daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual HR analytics presentation Ensure error free data analytics for all internal and external users in the organization Provide HR analytics data on real time basis for users without a delay HRIS Report Management - Payroll input report, Monthly HR report, Outsource reports, Other Dept reports, Other ad hoc reports based on HRIS.
1. Ensure handling employee disciplinary matters - Coordinate with EFC/ labour related authorities/ Issue letters related and attend branch audit meeting / customer complaint meeting. 2.
