[Audio] Dr Arnold Hoskins M.Th. D.Mgt. presented the Spiritual Care Department Orientation Draft. He discussed the Job Description Review which outlines the roles and responsibilities of our team members as well as the expectations for their behavior and performance. He also spoke about the dress code and jacket options for our team. Dr Hoskins provided a link to our uniform supplier NM Apparel where team members can browse the available options. Dr Hoskins designated several spaces within our facility for our team to use. These include the Manager’s Office Meditation Room Entrance One 1st Floor Chapel and the sacristy. He hoped that this information would be helpful as team members settled into their new roles within our Spiritual Care Department. [Audio] Communications is essential to our department's success. We use a variety of tools and platforms to ensure effective communication between our staff and our patients. We use computer access to quickly access and share information and white log notebooks serve as a daily manual for our chaplains. In addition we have safety protocols in place to ensure our patients' well-being. We use Teams and Vocera systems to communicate quickly and efficiently with staff and patients and Safety Huddle and nets platforms to discuss safety concerns and develop strategies to address them. We also use computer platforms such as N-M-I Home platform SharePoint site and Teams Telephone and Vocera systems to access important resources. In conclusion our Communications section is a critical aspect of our department's success and we are committed to utilizing the latest tools and technologies to ensure effective communication and patient safety..
