Physical Activities. Everybody has partaken in at least a dozen physical activities in their life whether it be throwing a ball, running or jump roping all of them counts as a physical activity. However not everybody attempts to keep up with them or even perform some as a way to vent or relax themselves but rather only when they are forced through physical labor or for a grade in a Physical Education class. Instead, we lay around waiting for the next food break to come so we can stuff our face while watching our favorite shows or doing what we enjoy. Well, I am here to say that physical activities really don't have to be viewed as a task or job, but rather something fun and entertaining just like the games or shows or bed we all love so much.
Benefits. Believe it or not there are a vast amount of benefits that can come from even the slightest bit of consistency, I know some of you struggle with back pains or gaining weight randomly all falling under physical health. Well Physical activities can aid in this, you don't need to have a fancy gym nor gym at all to manage your weight or strengthening your bones just a few walks around your neighborhood could even be enough to keep your body healthy. And if that isn't appeasing to you, those same little 15-20 minute walks also strengthens the heart improving blood circulation while simultaneously lowering an individual's blood pressure. In addition to this many individuals become more flexible through exercising or regular physical activities so for you old folk you can basically kiss your arthritis goodbye for not for good ,but to the point that you wont even notice its there.
Additional benefits. Besides the benefits I mentioned before simple physical activities can help way more than you may think. The list can go on and on however some major ones are mental health, Social connections, academic performance, physical development boosting your immune system and even helping you to sleep better. I know at least 90 percent of you did no attribute half of these to exercising because it seems like its only there to lose weight and perform better physically increasing your lifespan along the way. However in many cases very depressed or individuals with anxiety along with other cases reported feeling much better through physical activities alone or with a group.
Encouraging others. I know it may hard to make a change in incorporating physical activities in our daily lives, believe me from personal experience I debated on it too. However that's the good thing about this, you are not alone but instead you can also gather some friends to set a milestone and make this journey fun together. From the famous statement be a leader not a follower, encourage others by leading the charge into fitness by being active in it yourself and showing your resolve In this way you will have more people to partake in the same activities as you while working on a shared goal of improving your physical and mental health and if you ever fall short having that extra person to push you to keep you going onwards..
Fun ways you can exercise. You can host different tournaments amongst your friends either for a prize or just for praise such as "who can run the most laps" or "who can lift the most weights". Although it is not something new and something some individuals have done before it is a way to keep competition amongst each other with an unwavering rivalry which can be boosted by downloading apps that can track the amount of calories you lost of miles ran. You can also use this as an opportunity to have social interactions with others who may share your interest, outdoor exploration through jogging on paths through nature and even create your own personal games..
Concluding. At the end of the day the only person who can get you to do physical activities whether it be going to the gym or just walking a mile or less every day is yourself. However, I really recommend trying to incorporate physical activities in your daily life rather than turning to "natural products" which repeatedly say they can cure depression or help you lose weight in a few days yet also can have consequences from those who use them. I hope everybody will take everything I dicsussed into consideration because at the end of the day mental and physical health is a main component to how we function in our daily lives and physical activities even if it’s a small amount can aid us in improving ourselves..
