[Audio] While inside the facility, you may encounter a number of workplace hazards. These may include moving vehicles and mobile equipment, operating machinery, chemicals, electrical hazards, slips, trips and falls, dropped objects , pressure hazards, et cetera Always Keep a low profile, avoid attracting attention towards yourself Always remain alert to your surroundings. Use designated pedestrian walkways and crossings, keep a safe distance from vehicles and machinery. If you are unsure about a hazard, stop and ask your host or a responsible base person before proceeding.”.

[Audio] Personal Protective Equipment, or P-P-E--, is mandatory in designated areas of the facility. Do not enter a designated P-P-E area without wearing the required protective equipment such as safety footwear, safety helmet, coverall and eye protection. Additional P-P-E's are required depend upon activity, in case if you are doing any work inside the base . If you are unsure what P-P-E is required, please ask your host before entering.”.

[Audio] “As a visitor, you must follow safety rules and instructions of this base. Before entering the base, first register your name on the security point/reception area. Stay with your designated host & follow their instruction. If you are planning to do any work inside the facility a Permit to Work is required from the base management team. Follow safety signs, barriers and warning notices. Use designated pedestrian routes—do not take shortcuts. Do not operate machinery, equipment or vehicles unless authorized and qualified..

If you hear the site emergency alarm, stop what you are doing and prepare to evacuate as instructed. For a fire, spill, medical emergency or other incident, do not place yourself or others at additional risk. Immediately notify your host or the designated emergency contact . Emergency contact numbers for this facility are displayed at designated locations throughout the base. Follow the emergency signs and instructions provided by facility personnel & Emergency Response team..

[Audio] “If evacuation is required, leave the area immediately using the designated emergency exit or evacuation route. Walk calmly and do not run. Do not stop to collect personal belongings unless instructed that it is safe to do so. Proceed directly to the designated assembly point. Once at the assembly point, remain there and report to your host or the person responsible for visitor accountability. A headcount will be conducted to confirm that everyone has safely evacuated. Do not leave the assembly point and do not re enter the base until you have been officially instructed that it is safe to do so.”.
