Next, issues faced due to absenteeism is lack of workers for a when there is an important project to be done in a given period and issues faced due to turnover is losing an employee whom is productive and excellent in maintaining the structure of the organization. Next, issues faced due to burnout is the working environment loses the trust and the secure feel that it had before downsizing.

BENEFIT The benefits of employee turnover are, it has the potential to save the organization money. Companies will pay low salaries without rewarding employees with raises due to the large number of available staff compared to the demand for employment. It allows them to recruit a new employee who can work efficiently while also removing bad working relationships among coworkers that cause discord and disrupt the work flow.
