[Audio] We have made significant progress in building our Best-in-Class HR function. Our certification of six HR business partners has been completed, and we've also paid bonuses. Additionally, our annual salary review has been successfully implemented. Looking ahead to 2024, we've set clear objectives. In terms of recruitment, we've brought on board over 80 new hires, comprising 50 employees and 31 graduates. We've also supported their onboarding, as well as internal promotions and employee relations issues, including facilitating disciplinary processes and medical referrals both within and outside the country. Furthermore, we've expanded our training programs across all departments, completing over 30 training sessions, including certifications for HR business partners and project managers, as well as directorship certificates. We've also launched workshops on change management, business simulation, and soft skills mastery to prepare leaders and managers for change. To foster a common culture, we've focused on social, financial, mental, and physical wellbeing for our employees, offering opportunities for them to explore, nourish, engage, bond, and network through 20 engagement events. We have implemented thirty-three controls, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout our operations. Currently, we are undergoing three audits, including internal, external, and ISO standard audits conducted by Deloitte. These policies are now easily accessible through ServiceNow under the knowledge base section dedicated to HR. We are also working on aligning two other policies, namely compensation and benefits policy, and recruitment policy. Moreover, we have digitized various HR processes, such as salary advance, payroll, leave management, performance management, learning, and recruitment.
