Today’s organizations need to always beware and adapt to unexpected events which can affect the employee and will worsen the performance of an organization.

However, with the current COVID-19 pandemic, organizations face many challenges which never happened, so they need to find the solutions for every problem they face.

Organizations need to change their workforce in previously  unseen ways &   t he  COVID-19 pandemic has created a particularly difficult environment for HRM.

Employees must now swiftly adapt to remote work settings.

T he  challenge is faced in adapting to new and current employees  to highly  modified working  conditions.

Change in the way employees work can have a significant impact on employees' experience of person-environment fit.

Potential discomfort resulting  from the recent P-E fit should create a potential social and economic  crisis.

Further  research is needed to better understand how these modified community- buildingprocesses  translate into re-evaluating informed P-E fit.

The  grand challenge of our current health crisis is likely to highlight the vulnerabilities of an increasingly relevant, yet understudied, segment of contemporary family structure: childless and single employees

Further options would include regularly sponsoring professional and social events, where the childless and singles can find meaning and strengthen their purposes

Research may be needed to understand the work-related antecedents and mechanisms 3 that contribute to childless employees' feelings of loneliness and social exclusion.

The  last point that  i  can conclude is insight from entrepreneurship. it highlight for practice and research about the challenge of organization during COVID-19.

About  how the organization adapt to their HR practice on how to solve the employees problem & enhance the employee ability to thrive during uncertain times .

HR managers need to increase the HR system enhancing relationship-oriented HR systems in order to go against a greater risk of isolation among them.

Further research is needed to more understand and improve these modified community-building processes translate into re-evaluating informed   P-E fit

The  future plan on how the organization adapts their HR practice that can solve the worker problem and improve the worker ability.
