[Audio] Performance management Timing and frequency The performance management is an ongoing process. It’s not a once-a-year exercise, but rather a process of continuous learning & development. The annual appraisal is part of the performance management process Important to note: Who’s concerned by the Annual Performance Review ?: All employees joining Axe finance January to August 31st.  Who’s not concerned ?: New joiners who join Axe finance September forward will not be included in the assessment of The Annual Performance Review but will be requested to set their next year objectives.  All employees are however concerned with ongoing feedback sessions, and annual goals need to be fixed on Factorial.

[Audio] Medical Insurance, what you should know To be enrolled in the Medical insurance employees need to provide: Birth, marriage and children certificates Every employee has an account created on the Medical insurance platform You will receive your credentials by email, save them Medical forms can be printed from the platform Medical forms should be submitted within 3 weeks of the 1st doctor’s visit All documentation needs to be provided with the claim form (doctor’s note, invoices etc.) Dental & Optical care may require counter visits Medical report & confidential letters are required for surgeries Reimbursement of claims takes approximately 2 weeks We make sure to convey your claims and answer your questions in the shortest deadlines possible Medical Insurance Portal: https://portail.magassur.com.tn/sante/login.jsp.
