Scene 1 (0s)

[Audio] Welcome to Movement For Life Physical Therapy! We're excited to have you join our team. Let's take a moment to review what you've completed before your first day and what you can expect as you begin your new position..

Scene 2 (13s)

[Audio] Thank you for completing your onboarding paperwork and your 3 training sessions. By completing this before your first day, it helps ensure your first day starts off smoothly and allows you more time to meet the team and get familiar with your new work environment. On your first day, you can expect: To meet with your new team and leaders, review your role and expectations, get a tour of your new workplace and get access to your work systems. You will get an overview of company policies and culture and depending on your role you may have additional trainings to complete in Paylocity..

Scene 3 (50s)

[Audio] We do recommend that you download the Paylocity app, so you can easily clock in/out if you are hourly, see your pay stubs, request time off, see announcements on the Community page. In Paylocity, you can: View and download pay stubs and tax documents. Set up and update direct deposit. For hourly employees, you can easily clock in and out. You can submit timecard edits or corrections. Request time off and view balances. Access benefit information and enroll during eligibility periods. Update personal information such as your address, phone number, and emergency contacts. Please remember it is your responsibility to keep your information up to date. Time worked must be recorded accurately and submitted on time. Please contact HR if you experience access issues or have questions..

Scene 4 (1m 44s)

[Audio] Important company information: Pay and Benefits Pay Dates: Employees are paid on the 10th and 25th of each month. If either date falls on a weekend, pay will be issued on the Friday prior. Full time employees have 30 days to enroll into benefits. Please reach out to the HR team if you have any questions on enrolling. If you miss the 30 day window you will have to wait for a qualifying life event (such as marriage, divorce, birth or adoption of a child..) or open enrollment which is in October. Part time employees receive STO (this is to be used for medical appointments and/or sick time). Full time employees receive PTO. PTO accrual - First day through your 2nd year of employment, you receive up to 120 hours or 15 workdays per year. 3rd year through 9 year of employment - up to 160 hours or 20 workdays per year. Starting your 10th year you will receive up to 200 hours or 25 workdays per year. You can check your PTO balance and see your requested time off in Paylocity. If a holiday falls on a non working day no holiday pay will be given. Direct Deposit: Direct deposit is optional but strongly encouraged. It ensures you receive your pay on time—sometimes even a day earlier, according to employees—and eliminates the need to visit the bank to deposit your check..

Scene 5 (3m 19s)

[Audio] We have 3 retirement plan benefits: Employee Ownership, Profit Sharing, and 401k. You may start contributing to your 401k plan on the first of the month after a thirty day waiting period. To be eligible for the ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) and Profit-Sharing retirement plans, you must have completed one year of employment and worked at least 1,000 hours by the plan entry date of January 1st. Eligibility for the 401(k) plan begins on the first day of the month following a 30-day waiting period. Both the ESOP and Profit-Sharing plans are subject to a six-year vesting schedule..
