[Audio] Objective : To establish a convenient way to file, approve or disapprove application of leave within the organization. To ensure accuracy and efficiency, compliance, and real time monitoring. To less physical storage, simpler file retrieval, higher productivity, and cost cutting. Scope : This policy applies to all employees of Yokoisada (Phils.) Corporation..

This policy applies to all employees of Yokoisada (Phils.) Corporation.

[Audio] Filing of leave User Login Process Open the HR Management System program. Login with username and password, then click OK. Each account default username is their Employee ID number (for example 210). For security purposes, (I-T ) shall provide a default password to all accounts. username password Users may change password for security purposes, no minimum and maximum limit of characters required..

Format of date is DD/MM/YYYY and for the time it is military time. For 1 whole day or more, type: 07:30 to 16:30 For half day, type: HD-AM 07:30 to 11:30 HD-PM 11:30 to 16:30 HD-PM 14:30 to 19:00.
