Attendance Policy The Organization runs in shifts; and the same are run as per following timings:.
Leave Policy. Leave Year – Calendar Year (January to December).
Privileged Leave/Earned Leave (PL/EL) :- Leave earned by the employee by working in the organization Total Leave 18 in a leave year Leave can be availed after successful completion of Probation period Employees joining during the leave year are entitled for proportionate leave It is carried forward to the next year and can be accumulated up to 30 days maximum In case of more than 30 days EL, the balanced leave will be lapsed in the starting of the next leave year It cannot be prefixed or suffixed with Casual Leave It can be prefixed or suffixed with Holidays Any Week Off/Holiday falling before, after or in between will be excluded Prior approval is required to avail EL and it should be approved at least 7 working days before the date on which the employee wishes to proceed on leave.
Maternity Leave (ML) :- Women employees for giving birth to two children As per current maternity act, 26 weeks Out of the 26 weeks, not more than 8 weeks can be taken before the date of expected delivery entitles female employees in Covered Establishments to receive maternity benefits if they have worked with the employer for at least 80 days in the 12 months immediately preceding the date of expected delivery ("Eligible Employee").
Pay-Out FAQ. 1. Payroll Month – 26 th of Previous Month to 25 th of Current Month 2. Pay-Out Day – Last Working Day of the month or maximum by 7 th of subsequent month 3. Pay Slip Release Date – Next day of the release of the Salary. Reflected on Keka Portal and will be sent on official email id 4. Corporate Salary Account – HDFC Bank 5. Monthly Performance Variable – Released Quarterly 6. Other Variables/Incentives – Released as per Salary Annexure/Variable Docket timelines.
Performance Management. Appraisal Cycle : • January to December Note : - • Appraisals will be effective 1 st January irrespective of Date of Joining. Example: - If X Employee is joining on 25 th February 2021, then he will fall in Appraisal Cycle of the current year, and it would be effective 1 st January 2021 • Employees who have completed minimum 6 months in the organization are eligible for current year Annual Appraisal Process • Employees who have not completed minimum six months in the organization will be eligible for appraisal in the next year’s cycle.
