[Audio] Hello, We, the network performance and customer Experience Management team at UK , ensure that the network transaction & performance data is collected, aggregated, analyzed to generate the necessary forensics for troubleshooting & insights for a reliable, performant and optimised network. The mission is early detection and proactive resolution there by realizing communication services as a lifeline for digitalization. We realize Vodafone mission by facilitating Constant, uninterrupted monitoring of access to data and services ultimately delivering reliable network service available wherever and when ever. To assure comprehensive end to end service, we have implemented 89 Distributed Probes simulating subscribers. These make automated transactions to the network , consuming Services ( Voice, Data, Messaging, Video, Over the Air , App) over fixed and Mobile Network. Measuring Quality of Services and Experiences Providing diagnostics and troubleshooting tools, alarming and user friendly reporting. Recent example of value demonstrated by SITE application. Voice Over LTE performance issue were discovered and root cause analysis helped to identify 4 missing routable entries which when corrected allowed all SBC nodes in the pool to be used improving RAN Key Performance Indicator. Another example of value demonstrated was identification 5G New Radio RAN config issue using 5G Module at Vodafone Head Quarters. Under specific scenarios user equipment was not able to latch onto 5G. SITE is being used for baselining and network service acceptance for interconnects, roaming partner services. Within Mobile edge computing, we are measuring end to end latency and ensuring it is less than 10 milli seconds. For 5G monitoring, we have added 5G interface modules in 10 of the 18 sites with 5G coverage. This has enabled proactive testing of 5G services with tests configured to check 5G bearer availability, measure Over the top application Quality of Experience and throughput. We see the capabilities provided by both customer experience management and performance tools being used for automated control loop implementation. Select customer feedback.
