We did what anyone would do when faced with this dilemma - we launched a football themed walking challenge - Touchdown Trek Challenge - Show any intel that went into the creation of challenge - tooba + kev + gpt Then we thought how do we get people to join? Simple - let’s log into task rabbit - and hire Jenny (profile - task rabiteer, wc street team, spiel master) Like mad scientist we brainstormed, we pondered, we strategized and we devised… a roadmap - (show roadmap) oh and a few post cards too.. and footballs from walmart show the plan - roadmap of companies, excel sheet, post - cards, footballs Stats: 12 footballs bought - 33 million steps Jenny went door to door - with footballs, a spiel, and a dream - show business cards daily progress check-ins doubling down on emails Magic began to unfold 11 new signups, 13 new signups, 27 new signups! Engagement Highlights growing leaderboard “my teams missing” - i want in on the challenge! “i am not a ahp member” chat in the challenge - going crazy - 931 reactions in the chat ect. End result Melon local wins in a tight battle with hopelink 1760 in rewards redeemed AND (pop ups of redemptions) free lunch on the Wellness Coach team 33 million steps in last 60 days What’s next - we do it again!
