[Audio] Danes delimo ponosno sporočilo o dosežkih našega združenja HBA Ljubljana - Slovenija. Naša organizacija se posveča povezovanju in promociji poslovnih žensk v zdravstvu, farmaciji in medicini. Do sedaj smo organizirali že več kot 15 dogodkov, ki se jih je udeležilo več kot 350 ljudi. Med najpomembnejšimi dogodki, ki smo jih gostili, so bili panel o uravnoteženem življenju z naslovom "Moderna ženska med pravljico in sodobnim življenjem" ter panel o vplivu žensk v zdravstvu na področju digitalizacije, ki smo ga koorganizirali s podjetjem Better. Ponosni smo tudi na tradicionalno prednovoletno druženje ter na prvo obletnico našega združenja, ki smo jo praznovali s panelom v družbi priznanih voditeljev. V letu 2024 bomo nadaljevali z organizacijo kakovostnih dogodkov, med drugim tudi z izidom prve številke našega novičnika. [Audio] Dobrodošli v diapozitivu 8 od 20 v predstavitvi HBA Ljubljana - Slovenija, slovenskega združenja poslovnih žensk v zdravstvu, farmaciji in medicini. Na tem diapozitivu se bomo osredotočili na naše pomembne dogodke in dosežke v zadnjem letu. 4. junija smo praznovali 2. obletnico delovanja HBA Ljubljana - Slovenija s prireditvijo okrogle mize, na kateri so priznani voditelji delili svoje izkušnje in znanje z našimi člani. V mesecu maju smo bili zelo aktivni - poleg mesečnih sestankov prostovoljk smo organizirali tudi LinkedIn delavnico, ki jo je vodila Manca Korelc. Udeleženci so se naučili uporabljati to pomembno orodje za mreženje in širjenje svojega poslovnega kroga. V zadnjem letu smo izdali drugo številko našega novičnika, v katerem smo poročali o naših dosežkih in prihodnjih dogodkih. Poleg tega smo za naše prostovoljke organizirali tudi izobraževanje o uporabi LinkedIn-a, saj verjamemo v pomen stalnega učenja in razvoja. V avgustu, oktobru in decembru smo organizirali dogodke, posvečene izgradnji našega LinkedIn profila. Za to se zahvaljujemo Manca Korelc, ki nas je vodila skozi ta proces. This was followed by an informal walk and brainstorming session known as "Walk the Talk." During this event, our members discussed ways to increase our organization's visibility and promote our mission. In September, we organized an event focused on shaping our future and increasing our visibility, bringing together members from diverse backgrounds to share their experiences and ideas. Finally, in December, we gathered for a year-end gathering where we explored the impact of AI on work, careers, and leadership. Throughout all of these events, we emphasized the importance of collaboration and knowledge-sharing among our members, creating a supportive environment for professional growth. By hosting these events, we aim to foster a sense of community and belonging among our members, providing a platform for open discussion, idea-sharing, and networking.
