Visitor's Policy implemented to avoid mass gathering at CCU & ICU. 24x7 availability of Resident Medical Officer/ Physician Assistant in emergency Room to avoid delay in treating any emergency patient. Training on Effective communication is provided between proper intervals to every staff to be polite in every conversation including Security staff, Housekeeping Staff and all clinical Non Clinical staff. 24x7 availability of Bouncer in each shift to handle any violence situations between Patients and staff..

Full care is being taken to ensure that there is no delay in discharge of any patient. Availability of escape routes / physical barriers to protect staff in case of violence.
