[Audio] To Everyone of NGE Greetings! I am Toshihiko Hamada, President of NIPPON SANSO HOLDINGS. I would like to say a few words about this year's Safety Excellence Journey. However, to start, I would like to extend my deepest sympathies to those who have been affected by COVID- 19, as the pandemic continues on this year as well. I would also like to express my sincere gratitude to the attention you are paying in your daily work toward product manufacturing and fulfilling supply responsibilities to customers, in your efforts to keep our business operations afloat. Now, on a positive note, at NGE the number of occupational hazards and <process-related accidents at the manufacturing sites continue to be low. On the other hand, on the transportation-related side, there were unfortunately two fatal accidents last year involving consigned carriers. Although both parties have recognized that the accidents were unfortunate events that may have been impossible to prevent, NGE has already taken measures to further bolster safety, including a comprehensive training plan for contract carriers, so I hope to see further improvement of safety levels in the field of transportation..

[Audio] From this fiscal year, NSHD has established and launched a four-year medium term management plan. As you may know, the plan features new and major non-financial initiatives. Along with our carbon neutrality initiatives, we also have safety initiatives, setting KPI targets for LTIR under Aim World Class Safety titled " Safety First Program." Goals have been set toward further reduction of LTIR at NGE as well. As I have mentioned earlier, although NGE's LTIR is already low, the NSHD Group believes that all accidents are preventable, and this is also consistent with one of the NGE principles of " Accidents and injuries are preventable." The Safety Excellence Journey is a wonderful activity. As this theme suggests, danger is waiting in the shadows all around us. Please use this opportunity to boost your skills and awareness and attain the above principles. We provide products that are vital to the social infrastructure. Safety is the top priority, which is necessary to continue earning customer trust and ensuring a stable supply of products. Selling gas is selling Safety. I look forward to your continued efforts.
