Skills of the staff. Rating Strengths Weakness Listening 4 Staff listened to all guests’ requirements patiently and carefully. Due to the noisy environment, it may sometimes cause misunderstanding. Adaptability 4 Almost all staff performed their roles well and try to work following the attributes of the brand name. In certain occasions like the embarrassing birthday celebration, some staff showcase awkwardness in activating the atmosphere. Communication 4 Hai Di Lao staff would always like to hear from their guests, and most of them are equipped with basic communication skills. Hai Di Lao staff always seem busy coping with endless guest requests, therefore guests may feel being less concerned sometimes.
