What is conflict?. CONFLICT IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN THERE IS A DISAGREEMENT BETWEEN TWO OR MORE PEOPLE.

Scene 3 (20s)

Remote Conflict. As an example, Sapna worked in institute of vocational education in India. While, working with her team on an educational event with other teams in different locations to run the same event, Sapna encountered 'remote conflict.' The leaders were in charge of ensuring that their team members understood all of the criteria and demands in order to attain the institute's aim. As a result, it rapidly and informally devolved into a confrontation, and because individuals from many backgrounds, including higher authorities, were involved, this has become a significant issue. The main source of conflict was "Communication" and "Disagreements," in which the team leader wanted to work the way he or she wanted and refused to consider other team members' suggestions, which had a negative impact on the entire team, reduced productivity, and caused them to lose interest in their roles..
