International business is effective to gain global footprints and target newer markets (Buckley, Enderwick & Cross, 2018) Rex Airlines has over 1000 employees and was established in the year 2002 in Mascot, New South Wales (Linked In, 2022). This presentation will aim to highlight the factors before the international expansion to Asia and amplify strategic recommendations.

Contd.. The Asian region has a culmination of numerous currencies like the Rupee, Riel and Singapore Dollar ( economictimes , 2022). In Australia, the Australian Dollar is used by natives Asia can be signified as the largest continent on the entire globe and has over 17 million square miles of area (worlddata.info, 2022) Australia is the 6 th largest country and is occupied by 692,024 square kilometres ( ga.gov.au, 2022).

Contd.. Both the regions have a well-knit infrastructure for the operations of the airline sector. Asia has a saturated market of airlines namely All Singapore Airlines, Japan Airlines, EVA Air, Bangkok Airways Rex Airlines needs to divert its revenue of 116 million USD to gain growth in Asia.

Rex airlines can hire local employees and provide initial discounts and free meals for promoting effective marketing initiatives to mitigate language differences It can provide training to employees and create holidays and time offs for the religious practices Dedicated customer service can be effective to help the brand understand the habits and culture of the target market.
