Partners continued. The Partners are selected in accordance with the Partner Declaration. Vendors are chosen based on UN Procurement rules, and UNHCR Chapter 8 With regards to quality assurance, in addition to the quality assurance measures embedded in the Partnership Agreement, the FCSM Unit has been evaluating their work from July on a continuous basis. The feedback received from the learners, has been generally positive.
