1. Employee entrance checking / bag checks. All staff members except Executives and above frisked by the Security Guard at the Time office while leaving the hotel premises and executives will have to voluntarily disclose the items taken out of the hotel. Lady staff are also liable to be frisked during surprise checks or doubts.
Other than staff entrance no other entrance will be used by the staff to Enter/Leave the hotel premises whether “On” or “Off” duty No staff will be allowed to enter the hotel on his off day or after duty hours with our permission of HOD..
Employees are not allowed to bring the following items into hotel : Audio/Video cassettes, cameras, CD Player, DVD, Floppy, Chemicals , fire crackers , drugs , alcohol etc. No staff is permitted to take extra cloth inside the hotel.
3.Visitor & Vendor Policy. Visitors are not allowed in the Inside the hotel without authorization. Exceptions : H O D’s and above.

Verification and Inspection: Packages inspected for damage or tampering. Couriers provide ID and delivery purpose verification. Storage and Handling: Secure storage area with surveillance and restricted access. Fragile or valuable items handled with care and stored separately. Guest Notification: Guests promptly notified of package arrival via phone/email/app.- Collection Procedure: Guests present ID and sign for packages. Recipient's identity verified before handing over package. Asset Protection and Security Measures Surveillance cameras, security personnel, and access control systems. High-value items stored in secure vault or safe deposit box. Staff trained to report any suspicious activity..
