[Audio] On this slide, we will be discussing the standard rates. For each transaction, There will be a deduction of what we call MDR or Merchant Discount Rate. In other term, it is somehow similar to a processing fee per transaction. For credit card, MDR is 3.5% per transaction for regular merchants and 2% for service merchants. Service merchants include Gasoline Stations, Drugstores and Supermarkets. All credit card transactions are subjected to a fixed withholding tax of 0.50% per transaction. For debit MDR, it's only 3% per transaction. E-wallet MDRs are the following: 2% for Alipay, GCash is 1.5% for regular merchants, 0.8% for drugstores, 1% for Gasoline stations and 1.2% for Supermarkets. Grab Pay is 1% for service merchants - gasoline stations, drugstores and supermarkets and 1.5% for regular merchants. Shoppee Pay is 1.5% for service merchants and 2% for regular merchants. Please note that Withholding tax is not applicable for both debit and e-wallet MDRs. The Monthly rental fee for Dial-Up terminal is 500 pesos, Desktop GPRS is 800 pesos, 1,000 pesos for Mobile Wireless and 1,200 for Android A920. Two-month advance terminal rental fee is required. Please also note that Grab Pay and Shopee Pay e-wallets are only available in Android A920. Finally, there will be a one-time, non-refundable installation fee of 2,000 pesos if without decal or door signage and 2,500 pesos if with decal..

Page 11 (6m 45s)

[Audio] For Lending Companies and Schools, transaction fee is 10 pesos per transaction. There's a minimum transaction count depending on the terminal type. For Dial-Up, Desktop GPRS and Mobile Wireless, minimum transaction count is 204 and 240 for Android A920. Monthly rental fee will depend on the shortfall transaction per month. For example, if the transaction count is 100, it should be multiplied to 10 pesos. The deficit will be the rental fee. (For Example, minimum transaction count required is 204 pesos and their minimum transaction count for month is only 100, computation should be 2,040 pesos minus 1,000 (This is 100 multiplied by 10 pesos). Rental fee will be 2,040 pesos minus 1,000 pesos which is 1,040 pesos. Lastly, there is a one-time, non-refundable installation fee of 2,000 pesos without decal and 2,500 pesos with decal..
