Scene 3 (46s)

[Audio] Regarding the Zn/Pb LATAM stream, the revised planning table shows the progress for the period January-June. Development and testing are ongoing and data migration and training are next. Hypercare and dry runs are on schedule for completion with assistance from ELEKS for the reconciliation process. Excel uploader feature is delayed by a week, the Latam development budget is 100k split between data migration and dev teams. Maggie and Olena will be onsite in Peru during May and June, while a core team will be onsite in Geneva in May for go-live prep. Additionally, a strong managerial message has been broadcasted to promote training and exercise participation, with attendance and completion being monitored and reported. Close daily and weekly monitoring will be essential to ensure success..

Scene 4 (1m 45s)

[Audio] Over the past few weeks, our teams have worked diligently to analyze the data and review the necessary changes to be implemented. Our aim is to achieve a successful data migration process, which involves aligning our target model and contractual structure with the Datamine management team in Geneva. We are also looking into invoicing and trying to streamline the information extraction and rebuild process. Furthermore, we are attempting to expose the data to local teams to enhance visibility and anticipate target processes. The code for the new features has been tested and two issues have been identified with the Tax calculation and Credit Note/Debit Note models. We have identified a workaround for the Tax calculation and are having discussions with the local teams to address the Credit Note/Debit Note models. What we now need is continuous support and guidance to make certain that all changes are successfully implemented..

Scene 5 (2m 46s)

[Audio] We are in the process of migrating data to complete our dry run, but have come across discrepancies. This is due to the combined analytes logic in some of the contracts, where combinations such as Pb+Cu with Cu being disregarded if lower than a certain percentage. Further, the intercompany logic needs to be thoroughly reviewed and implemented in the migration scripts as both Quantity Prices and Sundries allocations have been misaligned with the Internal Company legs in comparison to the external purchases. As a result, the sundries need to be reallocated to match the Internal Company legs..
