ABC customer complained to BRA regarding the product issue and informed they found one of the PY-T-50 drum is contaminated with unknown solid material.

Once we received the complaint from customer, we could raise customer complaint through initiate quality process.

To find out what is this material and how this comes to final product QA required to initiate quality action as investigation the issue

During the investigation BRA laboratory identified this is peel of paints coming from drums, and identified peeled off paints exist in the empty drums coming as incoming material. So, QA raised this issue as an NCR to drum supplier.

Additionally, BRA identify they need to include additional process to check the empty drum prior to use in the despatch to avoid these issues in future. So, the despatch officer raised a change control including additional step in the despatch to inspect inside the drum prior to use it.

Along with this change control despatch officer required to raise few document change controls to include this step into their procedures
