To address this issue, our project will streamline supplier integration, enhance service management, automate operations, and boost customer satisfaction, allowing for sustainable growth to meet increasing demand in home interior design. Key elements include diverse partnerships, generative AI integration, easy navigation, and a target audience focused on local designers, local stores, customers, and home interior design supply chain management, with a strong emphasis on customer relationship management. Our goal is to optimize supplier and service provider integration, developing a streamlined platform architecture that improves resource management, operational efficiency, and customer experience through automation, seamless supplier onboarding, and data-driven decision-making..

We have designed three scenarios to demonstrate our user journey: a customer uploads a living room photo, gets design ideas, and buys decor items; another customer orders a sofa for quick delivery with tracking; and a vendor updates inventory and receives order notifications.
