Onboarding Training Your journey starts with Onboarding Training, where you'll learn about our company's policies, culture, and tools. 2. Onboarding Follow-up with HR (3 months) Three months in, we'll have a follow-up with HR to discuss any concerns. 3. Yearly Goals Setting You will set your yearly goals with your manager to align your efforts with the company's objectives. 4. Probation Review At the end of your probation period, we'll conduct a review to evaluate your performance and provide feedback. 5. This step ensures everyone knows their goals and how success will be measured. Monitor: Next, we track the progress of these objectives regularly We also monitor your development plan to support continuous growth and address any gaps. Halfway through the year, we conduct a Mid-Year Review to assess performance and make necessary adjustments. Throughout, we continue tracking progress to ensure objectives are on track Evaluate: Employees conduct a self-assessment to reflect on their achievements and areas for improvement. An Annual Appraisal Meeting is then held to evaluate overall performance and discuss future goals. Reward: Based on performance outcomes, we plan compensation.
